What You Should Have:

(1) Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in clinical medicine, pharmacy, biomedical technology or other related fields;

(2) At least one year of experience in CRA or CRC for monitoring hepatitis B project or clinical study of drugs;

(3) To be proficient in the use of office software, have good organizational and communication skills and be able to establish effective interpersonal communication;

(4) Adapt to frequent business travel and have good time management skills;

(5) Have a positive working attitude and good teamwork spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

(1) Responsible for the execution, management and coordination of the Company's clinical protocol and other related tasks;

(2) Responsible for the standard operating procedures of clinical trials and the monitoring of the clinical trials undertaken, including the preparation of trial materials, data handover and management.

(3) Keep abreast of the clinical progress of each site, monitor the implementation of clinical protocols, and assist the study sites in dealing with AEs and SAEs in a timely and appropriate manner;

(4) Assist the study sites in strengthening the management of data files, collecting data in a timely manner and ensuring the authenticity and integrity of data;

(5) Responsible for the overall monitoring of the procedures, operations, subjects' rights and interests, source data, source documents, etc. of the clinical trial to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the data and compliance with the protocol and statutory and regulatory requirements;

(6) Collect the contents and documents required for the preparation of summary reports and application for registration in accordance with SOP;

(7) Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader and strictly abide by the Company's confidentiality system.
